Effective Thursday, December 17th, SuranceBay will be enhancing the direct integration with Aetna Senior Supplemental Insurance for ALL issuing companies listed below:
- Aetna Health Ins Co (AHIC)
- Aetna Health And Life Insurance Co (AHLIC)
- American Continental Ins Co (ACI)
- Continental Life Ins Co Of Brentwood Tennessee (CLI)
- Accendo Ins Co (ACC)
Aetna has requested this enhancement in order to streamline their onboarding process and alleviate any further delays in processing requests from SureLC.
This enhancement will ensure that ALL REQUEST TYPES are electronically sent to Aetna, to include the initial request and ALL subsequent requests for the following:
- Contracts
- Transfers
- Payment Changes
- Hierarchy/Commission Changes
- Add States
NOTE: Aetna now requires that the integration be used by ALL AGENCIES since they no longer accept requests submitted via email. Lost emails and faxing needs will be eliminated!
If your agency previously had this integration disabled, it will be RE-ENABLED automatically on December 17th.
