This notice only applies to agencies who work with Capitol Life (MedSupp). You may ignore this notice if you do not submit any requests to this carrier.
Effective today, March 1st, SuranceBay has modified the direct integration with Capitol Life (MedSupp). The carrier has requested this enhancement in order to streamline their onboarding process and alleviate any further delays in processing requests from SureLC.
This enhancement will ensure that ALL REQUEST TYPES are electronically sent to Capitol Life (MedSupp), to include the initial request and ALL subsequent requests for the following:
- Contracts
- Transfers
- Payment Changes
- Hierarchy/Commission Changes
- Add States
NOTE: Capitol Life (MedSupp) now requires that the integration be used by ALL AGENCIES since they no longer accept requests submitted via email. Lost emails and faxing needs will be eliminated!
