At this time, some SureLC services are down and may be causing errors for a limited number of locations. Known issues are the inability to process a contracting request, slow response times, and producers being unable to review a contract
request.
If you are getting errors in SureLC, please try closing and re-opening the application to see if that fixes it, before contacting our support team.
The IT Team is currently working to get to a fix in place as soon as possible. Once a resolution has been implemented, we will let you know.
