Effective next Friday, July 16th, 2021: SuranceBay will enable a bi-directional integration with Cigna for the following Issuing Companies:
- Cigna National Health Ins Co (CNHIC)
- Cigna Health and Life Ins Co (CHLIC)
- Loyal American Life Ins Co (LOYAL)
- American Retirement Life Ins Co (ARLIC)
The integration will enable a direct electronic upload of Contract requests to Cigna. Plus, the carrier will send a receipt of confirmation (including a pending writing number) directly to SureLC!
This is similar to other carriers that SureLC has a bidirectional integration with, such as Nationwide and Prudential.
The integration will apply to Contract requests ONLY. All other request types including Transfers, Commission & Hierarchy, Payment, and Additional State requests will not be affected.
