Symetra has released a new Transmittal form that will replace any other versions your agency has been using for Direct and/or Institutional requests. A copy of the new
form is attached for reference and is now active for everyone to start using.
The new form maps with your Symetra schedule settings, allowing you to preset the preferred compensation level and Hierarchy settings. Please ensure compensation levels are formatted in the carrier's language, such as "Combo 11 / NY Street".
You can create as many schedules as you need to have multiple combinations of Hierarchy and compensation levels.
TIP OF THE DAY:
Have you ever used the STRICT feature in your schedule settings? This is an easy way to mark a placeholder where you need the Producer to slide into the hierarchy. CLICK HERE for the full article.
This tip will come in handy when setting up your Symetra schedules. The strict feature will allow you to set a placeholder for your producer as either the Middle GA Partner, or Street Level Partner.
If your agency does not market Symetra products, please disregard this message.
